Terms of service

I understand and agree that:

• I will be required to supervise my child for the duration of the Mini Mind & Motion session.
• All exercises are low-impact and non-strenuous, but there is a very small risk that they could result in emotional or physical discomfort.
• Mini Mind & Motion classes are not a substitute for professional physiotherapy or similar, and I will seek medical or professional advice if required.
• I will not hold the organiser or setting accountable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from my child's participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
• I agree to inform the organiser of any relevant medical, physical, or emotional needs that could affect my child's participation.
